No. The building is under construction. The waitlist is a pre-lease list, not an offer to lease. Rents and floor plans are not published yet.

How do I join the waitlist?

Use the waitlist form on the home page. Name, email, phone, preferred bedrooms (2, 3, or 4), and a move window. Tick the consent box. This is not an offer to lease.

What is on the drawings?

A gym and storage in the basement, four surface parking stalls, one bicycle space per dwelling, roof and south-wall solar in the energy model, and all-electric heat pump.

Is this a Passive House certified building?

No. The energy path is a Harmony Engineering pre-construction model. That model is not a Passive House certificate.

Who is the builder?

Blackrock Residential is the hired general contractor. Blackrock does not own the land and is not the company on this website.
