The building
What is on the drawings: a gym and storage in the basement, four surface parking stalls, one bicycle space per dwelling, and roof and south-wall solar in the energy model. The mechanical design is all-electric heat pump.
The stamped architectural set is Edward F. Gooch Architects Inc., Rev 7.5c, 14 May 2025. The energy path is a Harmony Engineering pre-construction model. That model is not a Passive House certificate.
Blackrock Residential is the hired general contractor. Blackrock does not own the land and is not the company on this website.
